The Challenge: Teacher Art Pass needed to drive awareness and conversions among UK teachers through social-first channels. The objective was clear: cut through traditional charity messaging and prove that for £25 a year, the pass pays for itself in one or two visits - turning consideration into measurable sales.

The Idea: Shift from institutional promotion to peer validation. Instead of telling teachers why the pass was valuable, we showed them, through real teachers documenting real visits, real savings and real wellbeing moments. Creator-led and performance-optimised short ads positioned the Teacher Art Pass not as a product, but as a lifestyle upgrade teachers genuinely recommend to each other.
